"Imagination is not a dirty word." - Diana

Regressions are similar to shamanic journeys in that they are accessed through an altered state of mind. A sacred or safe place must be offered by you, cultivated through imagery and/or imagination like soil ready for the seed.

The subconscious/ the oversoul/ the higher self/ or something ineffable begins to emerge like a mustard seed sprouting after days of silence. Symbols, images, feelings, and intuitive knowings begin to surface, forming a language that is uniquely your own. Learning to listen to it and translate it is a process.

This is not something that can be fully explained. You will not truly understand until you experience it for yourself. If you are interested, practice multiple modalities with someone trustworthy. Stay true to your heart, stay in your sovereignty, you are always in control when you know how to surrender. Always cut the deck, bring in whatever protection you are accustomed to or have a relationship with, be it the name of Jesus, love and light, protective mantras, etc.

This is my first regression.

Diana (The Ohmie Regressionist) suggested I input all the spoken words from my "subconscious" into Suno AI and see what comes from it.

Regression: The Voice

Imagination and breath are inverse expressions of the same principle. Breath arises involuntarily until we bring awareness to it. Imagination begins as a voluntary act until it begins to breathe through us on its own. This polarity reveals a deeper observation: What we consciously engage with may eventually move of its own accord, and what moves us unconsciously can be met and shaped.

“You are pushed by what you push. You are moved by what you move.” - Alan Watts
